STREET HEALER SUNDAY

I am inviting you to come sweat it out with me free of charge exclusively for our B.4.L family!! Here are some things to know prior to the workout:

• Where: 1006 Nelson Merry St. Free 2 hr street parking and free parking garage directly behind the gym building
• When: Sunday March 12th @ 12:30p Please plan to arrive 15-20 min early
• What: Be prepared for 40 minutes of HIIT workout and Muay Thai kickboxing lead by yours truly! VERY beginner friendly- HIGHLY addicting, BEWARE! oh and its also a tad warmer in there
• How: WE HAVE ALL THE GEAR! Bring a reusable water bottle + sweat towel ! Wear something comfy to move in and shoes you can slip on and off the mats (we box barefoot)
• Who: B.4.L members and plus 1 (we have 28 bags in the room!) Please RSVP by Friday March 10th if you will be attending and/or bringing someone! (18+)
